Prospective authors are encouraged to submit an extended abstract (up to two pages in PDF). The extended abstract should include all information necessary to allow the reviewers fair assessment of your contribution. All submitted contributions will be peer-reviewed for their quality, correctness, originality and relevance.
The deadline for the abstract submission is July 18, 2017.
The abstracts should be submitted online through this web (Login - My Folder).
The authors will be notified by August 31, 2017 about the acceptance. Authors of accepted abstracts are requested to present their work at the workshop during a 20-minute timeslot (15 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for discussion). The authors will be required to submit:
At least one author of each accepted abstract is kindly requested to register before August 31, 2017 to have the paper included in the WSPLC proceedings.
Authors of accepted abstracts may also prepare a final short paper. This short paper should include a synthetic description of the presentation offered at the workshop detailing the main problem addressed, its solution, results and bibliography. The recommended length for the final short paper is up to three pages. As detailed in the template files ( , ), the paper must be in single-column format, with single-spaced lines, and 10pt Times New Roman font. The paper has also to be converted into PDF format embedding all fonts. The size of the file should not exceed 5 MB.
The deadline for the submission of the final short paper and of the final presentation (slides) is September 17, 2017.

The short papers will not be copyrighted, which will allow further publishing elsewhere (with the appropriate additions).
The short papers will be freely downloadable from the workshop web site to support efficient dissemination of the research results.
